| I believe that a website furnishes us with many things that most people may not know. First of all a website shows a little or a lot about: a product we are selling, a company that we are supporting, a hobby we enjoy, a group we belong to, someone that we once loved, an event we want to go to, etc. A website can be about anyone, anything, anywhere, anytime, but somehow it describes something that you are looking for or want to find out more about. Owning your own website says something about you or your company. It opens doors to the world, so anyone on the face of the planet can get to know more about what you want to express. On a personal note, a website can help families in different countries stay in touch and see pictures of their families online, chat online, have a family domain e-mail addresses, and keep each other informed of new events. For small businesses a website can open a whole new market and do all the advertising while you worry more about the production. Maybe you have a hobby or an interest and want to share these ideas with the world, or try to find more people with the same interest. The possibilities are endless.
