Somewhere between Night and DaySomewhere in the night I lost you. I felt the pain, I felt the loss, and I cried tears of blood that showed my heart had broken beyond repair. Somewhere in the night I lost all hope in the world and myself and the life I had been living. Somewhere in the night I hardened myself, turned cold and learned to except the pain but managed to stand up, despite my weaknesses. Somewhere in the night I still found myself holding my arms out for you, but I realized I could walk without your guidance or help. Somewhere in the night I realized that I may not feel whole, but I am not empty anymore. Somewhere in the not I grew confidence that I may be alone on the outside but not on the inside. Somewhere between Night and Day, I lost you, but I found myself!
