Diamond was one of our own pride and joys. I had actually kept her and her sister Tu Pang from Roxy's very first litter.
We had a lot of fun and loved her dearly
She was one of the smartest Bostons I have ever seen in my life!
Her sister Tu Pang and her loved to spend time with each other, they were almost unseparatable.
She was my smallest girl and I was afraid to breed her, because I felt she would probably have to have a cesarean and I try to breed only for natural vaginal births. She lived with us for 2 years, yes we had to pick up trash numerous times a day, but we loved her no matter what.
Well, we came to the decision that we needed to find her a home that would work the best for her. If we couldn't find the particular home she needed we would keep her until we did. It's funny, when your not looking, the perfect home find you.
Kim called me with the perfect opportunity for our little Diamond. Their boxer Molly, was a loving push over. Diamond got along with her soon after they met. This couple had only two trash cans in their home and Diamond hasn't given them any problems at all. Kim had been searching for a second love she could curl up with and love whole heartedly. Molly, being so big, Kim was looking for a Boston that was small enough to sit on her lap and to cuddle on her bed. Diamond has a perfect home and is very happy now. She is also hugged and cuddled all the time, even by Molly. As for Tu Pang, it took her a week, but she is doing just fine now.. |
